Councillor Roger Lapworth has lived in Oakville since 1997. Currently, Roger resides in Ward 4 with his fiancee Teresa Stewart. Collectively they have 7 children and 2 grandchildren.
Councillor Lapworth has held the positions of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for local corporations in the GTA for over 30 years. Roger currently operates his own tax consulting business in Oakville.
In addition to the above, Roger is also an Audio Engineer and is the founder of the Retro Rock Lounge. The Retro Rock Lounge is a non-profit organization that supports amateur musicians within the Arts Community.
